Prague Astronomical Clock. (by MariusRoman)

They blinded the guy who designed and built it so he’d never be able to build another one. It is the oldest working astronomical clock in the world.

Funny thing, I asked the same question earlier… So it’s her fault. Damn, you, Can’t you just use foursquare?

39$ I think this is made to show who’s been in a relationship before, you can get many points just because of that.

Would somebody be so kind and explain to me those guys in the background???

With all that deep meaning behind the opening, I really want to know, what kind of deep meaning can possibly have half naked guys with gas masks.

"I really respect the writers of Brave… How many other Disney movies can you name where the mother is neither dead, evil, or a step?"

I really like the whole mother/daughter story line, but you asked the question so i’m going to be that person

  • Dumbo
  • Peter Pan
  • Lady and the Tramp
  • Sleeping Beauty
  • 101 Dalmatians
  • The Aristocats
  • The Lion King
  • Hercules (both his moms)
  • Tarzan (If you can’t accept that Kala is his “real” mother b/c she adopted him, you have insulted me on a personal level)
  • Treasure Planet (someone else said his mother is present, I haven’t seen this move in forever)
  • The Princess and the Frog
  • Tangled
  • Toy Story (1,2,3)
  • Up
  • The Incredibles
  • A Bug’s Life

Those are the ones I’ve seen (WDAS and Pixar Movies), so if I’ve missed some it’s probably because I haven’t seen them. That being said, none of these relationships are explored like Merida and Elinor’s, which I am assuming the OP is trying to say.

But can you name the ones where BOTH parents are alive?

  • Peter Pan
  • Lady and the Tramp
  • Hercules
  • Tangled
  • The Incredibles.

There are a few

Some time ago me and my sister talked about parents in movies for kids and we tried to name movies where kids were raised by both own parents, not counting ones that found their family as a happy end (Tangled). All we got were Shrek and Brave.

Why the most of movies had the main hero starting with at least one of parents dead or unknown?

Ravenclaw. Not surprising. Although I wasn’t…

  • You scored 13% on Gryffindor, higher than 3% of your peers.

You scored 50% on Hufflepuff, higher than 90% of your peers.

You scored 51% on Ravenclaw, higher than 78% of your peers.

You scored 26% on Slytherin, higher than 36% of your peers.

It’s funny because I got sorted to Slytherin.
